How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing your order at least 1 to 2 weeks before your event. For large orders or busy seasons (holidays, wedding season), we suggest 3 to 4 weeks in advance. Last-minute requests may be accommodated depending on availability.
What is the minimum order size?
Minimum order sizes vary by product. Please reach out through our inquiry form or email us at support@livsweetco.com for details on minimums for your specific order.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery in the Nicholson and Athens, GA area. Delivery fees vary depending on distance. Pickup is also available. Details will be confirmed when your order is finalized.
Can I customize colors and themes?
Absolutely! All of our treats are custom-made. You can choose up to 2 to 3 coordinating colors, a main theme, and decorative details like drizzle and sprinkles. Inspiration photos are always welcome when you place your order.
How do payments work?
A deposit may be required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of pickup/delivery. We will confirm payment details and accepted methods when your order is finalized.
Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
We do our best to accommodate allergen-friendly requests. However, all products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts. Cross-contamination cannot be fully prevented. Please see our Allergen Disclaimer for full details.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of submission for a full refund. After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of your event are non-refundable. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the Track Order page on our website. You will also receive email updates as your order progresses through each stage.
